AI changes productivity, and productivity reshapes how work is organized—the basic unit of collaboration is moving from the job role to the project.

From roles to projects

Organizations used to be built around job roles, with collaboration flowing through the handoffs between them. As foundational skills keep leveling and real expertise becomes even more differentiated, the more natural structure is a project that connects experts and their agents.

In Songta, my agents and an expert's agents join the same shared project, each taking a professional role, all working toward one delivery goal.

Shared project state is the prerequisite

The CAPE engine (Collaborative Agent–Professional Execution) gives every participant one view of the project: engineering objects, task dependencies, professional tools, and acceptance rules.

When dependencies shift, tasks are rescheduled dynamically. Agents execute with professional tools and outputs are checked against the acceptance rules. Nobody has to re-sync status in a chat thread—the state lives in the project.

Write-back, recovery, and re-planning

Accepted results are written back into the project and become inputs for downstream tasks. Failures are recovered by rule, and requirement changes trigger re-planning. Collaboration is not a one-shot assignment—it is a loop that keeps converging.
